RAVISHANKAR is a Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Bachelor of Laws from Bangalore University, a Member of the Indian Internal Auditors Association & Indian Management Association. He has an overall experience of 27 years with Multinational Companies & Huge Corporates. His specialisations lie in Media Laws, Commercial contracts, Corporate Laws, Employment Laws, FEMA, Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Structuring & Transaction Advisory, Due Diligence, Audit & Assurance.
SARVOTHAM P. is an associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University with over 6 years of experience. He specialises in Formation of Trusts and NGOs, Litigation practise before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Corporate Laws Compliances including LLP and FEMA.
